Delete your data

This page explains how to delete a Funnelora POS account and the data connected to it.

Delete a shop account

1. Send an email to funnelorapos@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Funnelora account.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in, and include your shop name.
3. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

Delete a staff member or customer only

• Staff: the shop owner can remove a staff member in the web Back Office. Their PIN stops working right away.
• Customers: if a shop saved your name or phone number, ask the shop to remove it, or email us and we will help.

What is deleted

• The shop’s sign-in account(s).
• Staff names, roles and PINs.
• Products, product photos, inventory, expenses and wastage records.
• Sales, orders, shift reports and saved customer details.

What may be kept

We may keep a limited copy of records we are required to keep by law (for example tax or accounting rules) for the period the law requires, and encrypted backups may take up to 30 more days to expire. These are not used for any other purpose.
